The rooms were very fresh and clean with good natural light. The Lady called Priya gave us a wonderfull relaxing Ayurveda massage. We would highly reccomend this treatment for everyone. John the multi skilled Scotsman made our evening meal special with his Scottish /German style of service while juggling several tasks at the one time. Talk to him for the best advice on what to do around the area. Slange John, from the Pollock's
Most of staffs speak good English. They have nice saunas. Though we didn't try massage, the hotel offers various massages (around 80 euro). 15 minutes walk to the center of the city which has a small shopping street and some nice restaurants.
It seems there were visitors' cards put in the room but we didn't notice since nobody explained to us. It seems we could try several activities for free by using the card. Breakfast is ok. If you go later, there might not be enough food so you should eat a bit earlier. I recommend to eat before 9:00. The restaurant offers dinner course (5 courses) by 18 euro. This is the one which is included in the special plan also. It's not special. Soup was too oily and pork steak source smelled too milk. But it's ok by considering its price.
I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They spoke English ery well and gave me excellent directions to all that I asked of them.
Smallness and homelike atmosphere. Made guests feel welcome and willing to take the time to offer assistance.
Hotel was excellent, but overall most impressive in its cleanliness. Everything was spotless and I have stayed in 5 star hotels on 5 continents that can't make that statement. Staff was very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.
The room is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious!
restriction to use PC at restaraunt :)
Stated twice it is a non-smoking hotel, but when my wife and I entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Great place to stay if you are either skiing or just holidaying. Family run, with a family atmosphere.
photos were not very accurate regarding the bathroon
one of the great small hotels in germany. the staff is always there to help you, and the food at breakfast can not be matched by other hotelsthat i have stayed at, will be back for another stay
Set up well for families and hadicapped. Nice sitting area in rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Had to pay extra for roll away bed we did not need. Bedding in room was sufficient.
The staff were extremely friendly.
Internet access was intermittent and disappointing.
We had a lovely room with mountain and Zungspitz views. Excellent dinner and very helpful owner and cheerful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Close to a busy road, but not a problem as double glazing was very good. We would have liked tea making facilities in the room.
